Jose Mourinho, the best manager right now.

As football (soccer) fans, we focus a lot on the players on the pitch. The plays that just make them special, the mistakes that make them goats. However, I think we tend to overlook the managers that are on the sidelines. There are managers like Arsene Wenger, Sir Alex Ferguson, Pep Guardiola, who have their respective titles and accolades. However, I think there’s one person that everyone hates to list. Heck, I even dislike the guy for his over-the-top personality. But he could arguably be the best manager right now. That person being Jose Mourinho.

What Have We Done

These were the lyrics of a song from Good Friday service last night. Powerful, to say the least.

Oh my soul, oh my Jesus
Judas sold you for thirty, I’d have done it for less
Oh my soul, oh my Savior
Peter denied you three times, I have denied you more

As the nails went in, I was standing right there
As you breathed your last, I shook my head and I cried

Oh my God, what have we done, we have destroyed your Son
Oh my God, what have we done, we have destroyed your Son

Oh my soul, oh my Jesus
Judas sold you for thirty, I’d have done it for less
Oh my soul, oh my Savior
Peter denied you three times, I have denied you more

And the blood ran down, I was standing right there
And the water poured, I shook my head and I cried

Oh my God, what have we done, we have destroyed your Son
Oh my God, what have we done, we have destroyed your Son
Oh my God, what have we done, we have destroyed your Son
Oh my God, what have we done, we have destroyed your Son

As the nails went in, I was standing right there
As you breathed your last, I shook my head and I cried

Oh my God, what have we done, we have destroyed your Son
Oh my God, what have we done, we have destroyed your Son
Oh my God, what have we done, we have destroyed your Son
Oh my God, what have we done, we have destroyed your Son
Oh my God, what have we done, we have destroyed your Son
Oh my God, what have we done, we have destroyed your Son

If you’re an Arsenal fan, you probably know the ups and downs that comes with being one. This season was definitely one of the more unusual seasons though in that we actually were in it for all four competitions that we were eligible for: League Cup, FA Cup, Premier League, and UEFA Champions League. Yet in a matter of weeks, it’s pretty promising that we’ll go away without silverware yet again. So what went wrong this season? A few things come to mind: Continue reading Arsenal’s Woes

Pardon the Interruption!

Before the most recent WordPress 3.1.1 update, there had been some issues with hackers getting onto my website. They uploaded Base64 files onto my server, which I eventually found. But unfortunately, as a result of it, there was malware on my website, which may or may not have been downloaded onto visitors. If you were one of those people, I’m really sorry about that. I had no clue until people recently told me about this in the past few days.

If you’ve checked this site in the past few days, please make sure to check your computer isn’t infected with anything. My apologies again. 🙁
